With the combined expertise and professionalism of our members, we boast 1,000 years of experience in the industry, offering a comprehensive and engaging approach to navigate the complexities of the moment and maximize the value of our main stars: rice and its territory.

At the heart of this association’s creation is a passionate desire to highlight rice as a product, enhancing the territory of the province of Pavia, a historic cradle of Italian rice production and its surroundings. We also aim to promote the unification of all the rice roads in Italy under a single entity called AGORA’, a meeting place for all enthusiasts of cultivation, history, landscapes, culture, and gastronomy, located in the province of Pavia.
What makes this project so captivating is not just the ultimate goal we aim to achieve, but the journey that unfolds along the way, rich with encounters and stories tied to the land. We are excited to be part of an experience that engages travelers with a strong focus on production, transformation, and food and wine culture, always in search of new, lesser-known destinations of great value right on the outskirts of cities.

STORY
The Rice Road of the Three Rivers, established as an association on March 27, 2023, and recognized as a “Road of Flavors” by the Lombardy Region on April 5, 2023, is a project aimed at enhancing the rice-producing territory by highlighting its productive, entrepreneurial, cultural, tourist, culinary, and natural potential.
The goal is to promote the identification of routes that traverse various areas, allowing visitors—travelers, vacationers, and hikers—to appreciate and enjoy the wide array of tourism, culture, and environmental offerings unique to the local context.
In addition to rice, the flagship product of our region, we emphasize the rich array of local excellences that showcase the hard work, potential, and craftsmanship present in the area.
The Rice Road of the Three Rivers targets clients eager to reconnect with their five senses through direct experiences. This audience is attentive to experiential, sustainable, and proximity tourism, keen to discover local realities through cycling, cultural, and culinary routes from neighboring provinces.
